A report by the UK´s National Cyber Security Centre has prompted the UK Government to formally accuse Russia's GRU (Military Intelligence) specifically of four high-profile cyber-attacks, although our analysis appears to prove many more. It appears that a specialist "black op" team within the GRU (which allegedly reports direct to Vladimir Putin) is specifically responsible not only for the cyber chaos but also the attempted murder of the asset Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in Salisbury. While the British Government immediately turned focus on Russia this is the first time they have specifically identified the GRU.
